Abdelmalek Essaadi University Strengthens Cooperation around Social Inclusion and Accessibility with SAMU and the University of Pablo de Olavide in Seville, Spain.

During a two-day intensive exchange and collaboration programme 25-26 May 2023, Dr Jamal Eddine Benhayoun, Vice President of Academic Affairs and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Science, accompanied with Dr Souhail Badreddine, in charge of accessibility and inclusion at Abdelmalek Essaadi University, led a series of partnership and cooperation sessions with the Spanish foundation for social and medical action SAMU and the University of Pablo de Olavide in Seville. These sessions were marked by the exchange of experience and the identification of areas of collaboration around the implementation of strategic academic programmes on the theme of social inclusion, accessibility, and distance learning. The meetings were crowned with strong interests in creating a centre of excellence at Abdelmalek Essaadi University on the same theme to help faculty and students develop and acquire up-to-date skills, practices, and methods. This visit falls within the framework of the excellent relations joining Abdelmalek Essaadi University and Spanish peer institutions.
